TRI-METAL CONTACTS RIVETS
This unique product, has been for the first time introduced in India by the PARADISE house and excellently serves the requisite purpose with crown of success. We have equipment capable to produce tri-metal contact rivets with diameter between 2.0 mm to 10 mm.

Over and above the advantages claimed by bi-metal contact rivets, it is double headed, with head tip layer and shank tip layer of precious contact material while the base material is OFHD Copper. The shank end will be rivetted over to form the second contact head, when in use.

Products in forms of rivet and disc can be available with perfect metallurgical bond having the precious contact materials layer thickness generally in 50% or any desired ratio to suit individual application.

SILVER PLATING OF ELECTRICAL CONTACTS
Among Contactors, Rivets are the most popular for use in telecommunications, electronics and general purposes. Solid rivets are made entirely of precious metals. But in bi-metallic and tri-metallic rivets the actual contact portion is made of precious meterial while the rest is made of base metal (generally copper). and can also be supplied duly silver plated.
We manufacture and supply customised Silver Rods, Semi finished silver wires also as per the requirement of our customer.
GOLD PLATING OF ELECTRICAL CONTACTS
Gold is most commonly used as a thin plating on connection points , though it is more expensive as compared to silver plating. The thin oxide layers that most metals form on their surfaces that are exposed to air are not very conductive, and can become pitted and uneven from the chemical reactions thus yielding a poor mating surface for a connector.
Because it does not oxidize like most metals, gold can provide a reliable smooth surface that can make good connection with the mated surface.
